This rush mat draws inspiration from Kurashiki's climate, history, and culture.

Blue is inspired by Kurashiki’s heritage woven through denim, while beige reflects the natural essence of Kurashiki. Three color tones are arranged alternately.

Meticulously crafted by skilled artisans using carefully selected domestic rush grass.

The border surrounding all four sides uses "Kurashiki Canvas," a material combining flexibility and strength.

"Kurashiki Canvas" is a fabric produced in the local Kurashiki area since the 18th century, further enhancing the quality and appeal of the rush grass rug.

We also focused on functionality, incorporating mold-resistant and deodorizing properties.
