Cat. #000521312: JOAN BLONDELL

Fantastic, alluring vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait in her prime, boldly signed and inscribed in thick black marker in her later years. In good condition, with minor creasing to the right side. Curvaceous, unconventionally beautiful film and stage star Joan Blondell played brassy, warm-hearted types in films like The Public Enemy (1931), Golddiggers of 1933 (1933), Footlight Parade (1933), Topper Returns (1941), Lady for a Night (1942), A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (1945), Nightmare Alley (1947), and The Cincinatti Kid (1965). She also had a memorable character role in Grease in 1978.
